Isabela Sayle is the former Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at the Center of European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Prior to joining CEPA, Isabela served in the United States Air Force, promoting Health and Safety measures for her Squadron in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Subsequently, she assisted the Chairman and staff of the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology monitoring legislation, including H.R. 6226, American Space Situational Awareness and Framework for Entity Management Act; H.R. 6227, National Quantum Initiative Act; and H.R. 6398, Department of Energy Veterans’ Health Initiative Act. She continued her career in Congress as a Finance Assistant, managing the representational budget and payroll for nine Congressional offices. During the pandemic, Isabela assisted the Executive Office of the President of the United States by promoting the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator’s Covid-19 response to the general public through correspondence.

Most recently, she completed a twelve-week fellowship with the Heritage Foundation. Isabela achieved her Bachelor of Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London, with First Class Honors, culminating in her dissertation on NATO’s Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre.
