Eduardo Castellet Nogués was a Program Officer for the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

His work focused on the nexus between trade, technology, and diplomacy. Eduardo’s research interests include geoeconomics, industrial policy, critical minerals, supply chains, and economic diplomacy. Prior to interning and joining CEPA, he interned with the Open Dialogue Foundation in Brussels and the McCain Institute for International Leadership.

Eduardo graduated cum laude from American University’s School of International Service with a BA in International Studies and a Minor in International Business, receiving the Excellence in Regional Studies Award: Europe & Eurasia; he participated in the SciencesPo and LSE Summer Schools.
