Ukraine’s Defense Against Russia
Ukraine has demonstrated the resilience of its military, government, and civil society throughout Russia’s invasion. While the transatlantic community has bolstered this resilience with financial and technical aid to Ukraine, Western leaders must now decide if they are willing to provide the support that is needed for a Ukrainian victory. H.E. Oleksiy Goncharenko, a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine, sits down with CEPA’s Sam Greene to discuss Western resolve, the fight against corruption in Ukraine, and the contours of post-war Ukrainian and European security.
