Event Overview

Slovak Minister of Defence Martin Sklenár discusses Slovakia’s support for Ukraine and transatlantic cooperation.

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Slovakia has provided both humanitarian aid and military assistance to Ukraine. It has also taken key steps to develop its defense capabilities by working to modernize its military equipment and infrastructure, and increased cooperation with EU and NATO partners.

This discussion is part of CEPA’s “State of the Alliance,” a series bringing together thought leaders from Europe and North America to deliberate on the most pressing challenges facing allies and partners.
