Commemorating the One-Year Mark of the Inhumane and Full-Scale Russian Invasion of Ukraine

Event Overview

Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine has prompted a massive humanitarian crisis that has caused over 8 million people to flee their home country, with many finding shelter in Poland. To highlight the one-year mark of the invasion, leaders and experts discuss the needs of displaced and embattled Ukrainians as well as the long-term humanitarian ramifications of continued Russian aggression.
