SaraJane Rzegocki is the Director for Administrative Operations at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
As the previous Deputy Director for the Democratic Resilience Program at CEPA, SaraJane has experience working on issues including Ukrainian resilience in the face of Russia’s full-scale invasion and the evolving strategic alignment between Russia and China. In this role, she has contributed to research, programming, and policy engagement to strengthen democratic institutions and transatlantic cooperation. She has also supported and coordinated fellowship initiatives, helping to cultivate networks of emerging leaders and experts across Europe and North America.
SaraJane is particularly committed to building bridges across the transatlantic community and frequently works as a connector among policymakers, researchers, and civil society actors. Her work emphasizes collaboration, dialogue, and the exchange of ideas to advance democratic resilience and shared policy solutions.
Previously, she has worked with the United States Department of State, the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery, the European University Institute’s Florence School of Regulation, and the Delegation of the European Union to the United States.
She holds an M.A. in Political Science with a concentration in European Union Policy Studies from James Madison University, as well as a B.S. in Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University.
