Fabian Hoffmann is a Fellow with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Fabian is a Senior Research Fellow at the Ukraine and Full Spectrum Threats Program at the Norwegian Defense University College. His research focuses on missile technology, nuclear strategy, and European deterrence.

His research and commentary have been published in the Journal of Strategic Studies, European Security, War on the Rocks, and The Washington Post, among others.  He frequently contributes his expertise to national and international news media, appearing both in print and on television.
