Agnė Rakštytė was a Digital Innovation Baltic Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Agnė is Chief Operations Officer at the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology in Vilnius, Lithuania. She works on high-speed electronics business development for space and 5G/6G applications. She has spent more than five years in the private defense sector and is a member of the National Defense Industries Association Board in Lithuania. Agnė holds a Master’s in Business Management from ISM University of Management and Economics. Agnė’s research will focus on the development of a secure 5G network in Lithuania as part of the implementation of the “clean network initiative” in the Baltic States in cooperation with the US.
