Ukraine is no longer simply a consumer of security — it has emerged as Europe’s most adaptive and combat-proven defense innovation ecosystem.
Event Overview
Ukraine is no longer simply a consumer of security — it is Europe’s most adaptive and combat-proven defense innovation ecosystem. Ukraine is a valuable net contributor to Allied security and should be integrated into NATO’s force-planning, logistics, and procurement systems. To build a future-capable allied defense force, Europe must institutionalize interoperability across platforms and command architectures; invest in rapid manufacturing capacity and cross-border industrial integration; invest in interoperable, NATO-wide digital infrastructure; prioritize autonomous and uncrewed systems; and dramatically scale investment in Arctic and high-latitude defense technologies.
