From malign influence operations to vaccine diplomacy and Chinese-state media's growing global presence, Chinese information operations are having an increasingly large impact on the global information ecosystem. The transatlantic alliance, media, and civil society must work together to blunt Chinese Communist Party propaganda. Questions abound.
