A growing divide is emerging in the transatlantic space on the approach to digital policy.

As the European Union considers its digital regulatory agenda, a growing divide is emerging in the transatlantic space on the approach to digital policy. The Center for European Policy Analysis partnered with the Delphi Economic Forum to convene transatlantic thought-leaders from civil society, industry, and government to strategize on the future of digital regulation, including the global effects of the EU’s ongoing initiatives on competition, transatlantic cooperation on digital issues, and growing competition from China to lead on norm-setting.
