The world’s second largest economy and foreign investor, China’s investments in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) have grown in recent years as a share of overall European investment. While Europe’s most developed economies will continue to attract the majority of Chinese funds in Europe, investment in CEE is nonetheless here to stay.
