Zoe Beach is the Former Program Officer for Communications at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Prior to joining CEPA, she worked as a Campaign Associate at The Blue Lab, a Massachusetts-based political campaign incubator for state and municipal elections. She also served as the Communications Coordinator for Campaign Zero, a national social impact nonprofit. In this capacity, she supported social media initiatives and worked to develop model policy alongside legislators and policy advocates.

Zoe received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elon University, with minors in History and International Studies. As an Elon College Fellow, she conducted research on Syrian foreign policy, US environmental policy, and party identification in the Appalachian region.
