Silja-Madli Ossip works as a Policy Officer for the EU CyberNet at the Estonian Information System Authority (RIA) and is responsible for outreach, partnerships, and community building to expand the European stakeholder community and map the EU's cyber capacity-building projects globally. Prior to working for EU CyberNet, Silja-Madli held several positions focused on digital and cyber policies at the Estonian National Cyber Security Centre and at the Estonian Permanent Representation to the EU. She has also worked as a Policy Coordinator at the Microsoft Government Affairs Team in Brussels. Silja-Madli holds a master’s degree in international relations from Leiden University.
