Polina Tsurikova is a Program Officer for Communications (Digital and Marketing) at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), where she supports the organization’s digital communications and content strategy.
In this role, she helps manage CEPA’s social media platforms, develops visual and written content for publications and events, coordinates newsletters, and supports podcast and video production. Prior to joining CEPA, Polina worked across media, communications, and digital strategy roles in policy, education, and technology-focused organizations. She served as a Cowan Scholar and Teaching Assistant at the USC Center on Communication, Leadership, and Policy, supporting academic programming, events, and communications initiatives.
She has also worked with the US Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute, contributing to instructional and digital materials for global diplomatic communications, and as a marketing consultant in the healthcare informatics space.
Polina holds dual master’s degrees in Global Media and Communications from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Leiden University College: The Hague. Her academic research has focused on media representation, gender, and elite sport, including analyses of audience perceptions of Formula 1 shaped by Netflix’s Drive to Survive.
