In the first ten years of his career Schrotti had various roles at IKEA and Electrolux focusing primarily on acquisitions and joint ventures in emerging markets.
With a broad experience in corporate governance and board work, Schrotti has held directorship in a multitude of businesses ranging from start-ups to global corporations. In 2022 he was nominated as one of the final three for the UK Non-executive Director Award, recognizing his work as a Chairman of Colart Plc, a leading global supplier of art materials.
Schrotti currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Novation Tech SpA, an Italian-based international industry group specialising in carbon-fibre and composite components for the automotive and aerospace sectors. He is also a Director of Axel Johnson International AB, a global provider of technical components and industrial solutions. In addition, he acts as Senior Advisor to Keyhaven Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm, and is a returning guest lecturer at INSEAD.
