Otto Tabuns is a founding director of the Baltic Security Foundation. He holds a Master of Law qualification in public international law and has worked for 10 years on security and defense policy and research. Otto is the permanent co-host of the Latvia Weekly broadcast in English on current affairs in his country. He has co-edited several books and authored articles on Baltic security in the context of European and Transatlantic security. Otto is a visiting lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law and has given guest lectures on his research in European and American universities.
