Oona Lagercrantz was a Project Assistant with the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Brussels.
Prior to joining CEPA, Oona researched the ethics and governance of emerging technologies at the Centre for Climate Repair and the Cambridge Existential Risk Initiative (CERI). She also worked as an editor for the Cambridge Journal of Law, Politics, and Art (CJLPA) and Cambridge Review of International Affairs (CRIA) and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Journal of Political Affairs.
Oona received a first-class bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree with distinction from the University of Cambridge, specializing in the politics of emerging technologies.
