Olga Tokariuk is a non-resident fellow with the Democratic Resilience Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
Olga is also an independent journalist and fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism in Oxford. Her professional interests include international affairs and disinformation research.
Olga has vast experience working with Ukrainian and international media. Her reports and op-eds have been featured in TIME, The Washington Post, The Daily Beast, NPR, BBC, Monocle, EFE (Spain), Il Foglio, and ANSA (Italy). She is a former head of the foreign news desk at the independent Ukrainian Hromadske TV.
Mrs. Tokariuk is a frequent speaker and moderator of various high-profile public events. She has been invited as a guest lecturer by the University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University, the University of Manitoba, the University of Miami, and others.
Olga worked on several disinformation research projects and was the lead author of Mythos Labs' reports on Russian propaganda related to the invasion of Ukraine, featured on BBC, Le Monde, Newsweek, etc. Mrs. Tokariuk is a former scholar of the Digital Sherlocks program at the Atlantic Council’s DFR Lab.
Olga Tokariuk holds an MA in political science and international relations from the University of Bologna (Italy) and an MA in journalism from the Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (Ukraine).
