Nino Getsadze is the Project Management Team Assistant at the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia and is involved in designing and implementing capacity building and professional development projects for the Georgian defense and wider security sector organizations. Prior to this post, Nino was a civil servant for over 10 years and has served in the fields of international affairs, military education, and strategic policy planning and coordination. During 2012-2021, she was employed by the LEPL David Aghmashenebeli National Defense Academy of Georgia, where she was responsible for coordinating military cadets’ exchange programs and organizing international educational projects with various military academies and educational and research institutions. Nino holds a master`s degree in diplomacy and international politics from Ivane Javahishvili Tbilisi State University.
