Matthew Eitel is a Program Assistant with the Digital Innovation Initiative at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
Prior to joining CEPA, Matthew worked on issues related to anti-corruption policies, natural resource governance, and economic sanctions with the Brookings Institution's Leveraging Transparency to Reduce Corruption (LTRC) initiative. Matthew graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a BSPA in Policy Analysis. His interests include dual-use technology, climate security, economic sanctions, and export controls.
