Marion Foster is a policy researcher interested in the intersection of international relations, foreign policy analysis, and historical inquiry. Her research focuses on how historical experience shapes contemporary security strategies, with a particular emphasis on the national security policies and alliance behavior of small states in Europe. Marion recently earned her PhD in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an alumna of the Fulbright program and the PEO International Peace Scholarship program. Previously, she worked as a project coordinator and project development specialist for conflict management and post-conflict recovery interventions in the South Caucasus and Jordan.
