Madeline Levine is the Senior Program Officer for Strategic Partnerships and Engagements at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Previously, Madeline worked for Stellar Development Foundation as the Public Policy Associate, where she focused on pending legislation regarding digital finance. In addition, she worked closely with donors as the Development and Communications Coordinator at Flip the Vote. Madeline holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Scripps College with a dual concentration in American Politics and International Relations. Her academic research focused on security, nuclear weapons, and Russia’s war on Ukraine.
