Maciej Bukowski is chief expert at the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment, where he is responsible for Poland’s bilateral relations with Western countries on energy and climate. Maciej is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at Jagiellonian University, where he is preparing a dissertation on the impact of climate change on the geopolitical rivalry between the US, the EU, and China. He is also an analyst at the Polish think tank Institute of New Europe, as well as Chairman of the Board of the Cornell Club of Poland. Maciej is a graduate of Cornell Law School and the Sorbonne Law School.
