Based in Dublin, she leads a team focused on advancing Amazon’s goals and protecting Amazon and its customers’ interests on policy, legislative, and regulatory issues through engagement with the region’s lawmakers at the EU, national, regional, and local level. Amazon has 150,000 permanent employees in the EU, has 127,000+ EU-based SMEs selling on Amazon, and has invested €225 billion in the EU since 2010. It operates 9 EU stores, 350+ logistics sites and 6 AWS regions across the EU.

Lucy has 30 years’ experience in public affairs, working for a wide range of highly regulated sectors. During that time, Lucy was also a director of a range of businesses, charities and NGOs.

She has a B.A. in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in International Relations from Université Libre de Bruxelles.
