Undergraduate senior at American University studying International Studies with a focus on digital policy and Europe. Intern with CEPA’s Tech Policy program. Studied the EU’s post-colonial relationship with African states while abroad in Brussels and Nairobi. Previously worked at the Public Interest Registry analyzing DNS abuse data. Student fellow at AU’s Transatlantic Policy Center and campus club leader. His thesis examines the impact of ICANN’s RA/RAA amendments on DNS abuse.
