Katelynn Henics is a Program Assistant with the Democratic Resilience Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Katelynn graduated in May 2025 from the University of Pennsylvania with majors in International Relations and Russian and Eastern European Studies. She has three and a half years of Russian language study and is a Hungarian citizen.
