Julianne Juarez is the Senior Program Officer for External Affairs at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Prior to joining CEPA, she served as Public Diplomacy Officer in the Northern Ireland Bureau of the British Embassy Washington. She also previously worked at Meridian International Center as Senior Associate for the Center for Diplomatic Engagement. In this capacity, she supported the implementation of several convening programs to accelerate collaboration between the foreign diplomatic corps and US policymakers and private sector leaders. She has also held internship roles at the US Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC), the Embassy of Jordan, and in state legislative offices.

Julianne received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science with a core concentration in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
