Jenna Presta is a Senior Program Officer with the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).  

Prior to joining CEPA, she worked as a Senior Program Officer in IREX’s Information and Media Practice, where she implemented programs focused on media and information literacy, countering disinformation, and building resilience. Jenna primarily worked on programs in Central and Eastern European and Western Balkan countries, with a focus on Ukraine. In 2024, she was part of a team that launched IREX’s Digital Development Lab to prioritize work that combated digital harms such as technology-facilitated gender-based violence, safeguarded digital rights, and promoted equitable access to digital spaces.

Jenna holds a master’s in media & strategic communication and a bachelor's in political communication from George Washington University.
