Jack Galloway is a Program Assistant with the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). In 2023, Jack interned on the CEPA External Affairs team. He co-authored a piece on Serbia-Kosovo relations and how the West could best work to build lasting peace between the two States.
Jack held intern roles on Capitol Hill in the offices of Representatives John Garamendi and Mike Thompson, aiding staff on the House Armed Services Committee (HSAC). He also interned at the United States Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC), where he conducted research on the history of USAID engagement in Colombia and Russian influence in Africa. As a student journalist, Jack served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Political Review, authoring pieces on both international affairs and local California politics. He also co-founded the Alexander Hamilton Society chapter at Berkeley, leading to its selection as Best New Chapter.
Jack holds Bachelors degrees in Political Science and Environmental Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
