Henry Patton is Special Assistant to the Vice President at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Previously, he worked in Defense Consulting and Government Relations at The Roosevelt Group, where he conducted extensive research in their Critical Minerals, Rare Earths, and Uranium Supply Chain practice. His research interests include criminal justice in the Soviet Union, Central and Eastern European foreign policy, and international law.

Henry graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Slavic Languages and Literatures and Theatre. In college, he spent a semester studying Russian and Latvian in Riga, Latvia. He also speaks some German.
