Fabian Hoffmann is a Fellow with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Fabian is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Oslo Nuclear Project (ONP) at the University of Oslo. His research focuses on missile technology, nuclear strategy, and defense policy. His PhD project focuses on the implications of conventional long-range strike weapons on nuclear strategy.

His research and commentary have been published in the Journal of Strategic Studies, European Security, Foreign Affairs, War on the Rocks, and The Washington Post, among others. He frequently contributes his expertise to national and international news media, appearing both in print and on television.
