Emily Brandt serves as the Program Manager for Finance and Grants Administration at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Emily is responsible for the organization’s strategic development, growth, financial sustainability, and many aspects of financial management. She oversees all revenue and expense activities within the organization, taking all efforts to ensure CEPA’s financial health and accountable stewardship of donor funds. She is a nonprofit executive with 15 years of professional experience in public-sector development and nonprofit management.

Prior to joining CEPA, Emily has worked for Freedom House, IREX, and Peace Corps, in each role overseeing, growing, and establishing new portfolios of funders, partnerships, resources, and geographic coverage in areas directly related or adjacent to democracy, governance, fundamental freedoms, civil society causes, and free media.

Emily Brandt holds a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy, as well as an MA in International Studies with a focus on Eastern Europe.
