Denis Cenusa is a Fellow with the Democratic Resilience Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis. 

Cenusa is also an associate expert at the Eastern Europe Studies Centre in Lithuania and the Expert Group in Moldova. Cenusa holds a master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe (2013) and has pursued further studies in EU Law and Economics at the Riga Law Faculty, as well as Risk and Crisis Management through an online course at the London School of Economics. 

An alumnus of the US Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (2020), Cenusa completed a fellowship at the Eastern European Studies Center in Vilnius (2022). With 14 years of experience, he has worked on various projects with civil society organizations in Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia, and Belgium.
