Clare Pavell is the Special Assistant to the President & CEO at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Before joining CEPA, Clare worked at the United States House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant. Clare handled various issue areas, including foreign affairs, NATO, and trade. She was also the lead staffer for numerous Congressional Member Organizations, including the Romania Caucus, the Congressional Poland Caucus, and the Congressional Caucus on Bosnia. Clare earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Leadership, and Policy, in addition to International Studies, at The Ohio State University. During her undergrad, Clare participated in the Washington Academic Internship Program (WAIP), in which she completed her Public Management, Leadership, and Policy capstone while interning full-time in Washington, DC.
