Arthur de Liedekerke is a fellow with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

He is a Senior Director at Rasmussen Global - the political advisory founded by former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. With significant experience in international relations, space and cybersecurity issues, Arthur oversees the firm's leading European Affairs team.

He previously served as a Strategy Officer in the French Ministry for the Armed Forces and has also managed communications and external relations for CERT-EU, the cybersecurity entity tasked with protecting the European Union institutions. He started his career as a parliamentary assistant in the European Parliament.

Arthur speaks fluent French, English, Czech, and Spanish. He has collaborated with a number of prominent publications and think tanks and appears regularly in media on topics ranging from cybersecurity, disinformation to geopolitics.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from Maastricht University College, and master’s degrees in European studies from Maastricht University and in geopolitics, territory, and security from King’s College London.
