Anda Bologa is a Senior Fellow with the Tech Policy Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Bologa is a legal scholar and policy expert working on artificial intelligence (AI) governance, digital regulation, cybersecurity, data protection, and platform governance. Her research examines how emerging technologies are governed across global, European, and national levels. She holds an SJ Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.

Her experience spans international organizations, EU institutions, think tanks, academia, and legal practice. She served as Digital Adviser at the EU Delegation to the United Nations in New York, and she has also worked at the European Commission's Legal Service. She has passed the New York Bar Examination.
