Alyssa Cordero is a Program Assistant for Business Development at the Center of European Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Her interests include global health and environmental sustainability. Alyssa’s previous internships include time spent as a Development Associate at Students Against Child Marriage and as a Grassroots Marketing Intern at Play4TheCure, a sports fundraising program of the National Foundation for Cancer Research. She graduated from American University in 2021 with a B.A. in International Relations. In November of 2021, she co-authored a commentary article, “Unrealized potential from smaller institutions: Four strategies for advancing STEM diversity” published in Cell.
