The 2026 CEPA Tech & Security Conference is a high-level convening of global leaders and decision-makers taking place on Thursday, October 8 in Washington, DC. Hosted in partnership with the Embassy of Sweden in Washington, this half-day conference will bring together foreign policy experts and high-level voices from the public and private sectors to discuss the future of tech and security cooperation in the age of AI. Key areas of focus will include AI sovereignty, the importance of building secure Western AI stacks, and investing in defense innovation.

Conference doors will open at 8:30 a.m., and the program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
