Transatlantic Leadership Program

Reimagining Leadership for the 21st Century

The Transatlantic Leadership Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) aims to strengthen ties across the Atlantic and among Atlanticists everywhere. Amid crisis, adversity, and new challenges to the U.S.-European relationship, it engenders, empowers, and engages emerging leaders, shaping strategic goals and policy priorities for the future. The program leverages non-conventional resources and diverse talent to develop inclusive, innovative, and impactful thought leadership across sectors. Through multidisciplinary and cross-sectorial fellowships, convening, and analytical output, the Transatlantic Leadership program identifies and cultivates the next generation of leadership rooted in transatlantic values and principles to bolster Alliance cohesion and Western democratic unity.
