Ivanna Kuz

Program Assistant, Transatlantic Defense and Security Program

Ivanna Kuz is a Program Assistant with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Her interests include all things Ukraine, Black Sea security, Russia's hybrid threats, NATO, and US relations with its European allies and partners. Ivanna earned her M.A. in Regional Studies: Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia from Harvard University and her B.A. from the Macaulay Honors College at the City College of New York (CUNY) in international studies, political science, and public policy. Prior to joining CEPA, Ivanna worked at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels and for Democratic Leader Charles E. Schumer in the U.S. Senate. She also held internships at the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC), the Clinton Foundation, and the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI). Ivanna is Ukrainian-American.
