The second CEPA Salon was held in cooperation with the Czech Embassy in Washington, D.C on the evening of April 23. The discussion featured insights from Jakub Dürr, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and CEPA Pershing Chair in Strategic Studies LTG (Ret.) Ben Hodges. The conversation was moderated by CEPA Executive Vice President Réka Szemerkényi.

The CEPA Salon is a new event series, in which the Institute visits a different embassy each month, offering attendees an opportunity to learn about Central Europe’s policy priorities and challenges from the perspective of the rotating embassy host. These informal evening sessions give attendees a forum to exchange views and network with leading experts and diplomats.
