On September 10th, CEPA Warsaw hosted a roundtable discussion featuring Russian human rights activists from institutions both in Russia and abroad. The discussion was led by CEPA Warsaw Director Ray Wojcik and Anastasia Sergeeva from the Free Russia Foundation. Participants included voices from the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, multiple Polish research institutions, and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The roundtable covered a range of topics including democratic procedures in Russia, the rule of law, political mobilization, and information warfare. The conversation provided fruitful insight into current domestic politics and the state of human rights in Russia.
