Chels Michta

Fellow, Democratic Resilience

Chels Michta is a Non-resident Fellow with the Democratic Resilience Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Chels is a former CEPA Title VIII Fellow and is currently a Military Intelligence officer serving in the US Army. Her research interests include transatlantic security and democratic governance in post-communist Europe. She received her BA from Amherst College and her MA and PhD from the University of Cambridge, where she studied as a Cambridge Trust Scholar.
