Democracy Fellowship - Ukraine
The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is accepting applications for its Democracy Fellowship, a year-long in-residence fellowship program for highly qualified Ukrainian journalists and scholars who are unable to continue engaging in their profession due to Putin’s war. The fellowship will provide a critical lifeline to support Ukrainians who are no longer able to pursue their critical work as researchers and journalists/writers in their own country providing truthful information to counter disinformation, engaging in public debates, and contributing to greater understanding of the war, and the authoritarian threat posed by Putin’s Russia.
Democracy Fellowship - Russia
The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is accepting applications for its Democracy Fellowship, a year-long in-residence fellowship program for highly qualified independent journalists, scholars, and activists from Russia who are no longer able to continue their work due to Putin’s war in Ukraine. The fellowship will provide a critical lifeline to support independent voices who have been forced to leave their country or face a direct threat to their lives because of their willingness and courage to write, research, and provide truthful information to educate the public and policymakers.
Director, Democratic Resilience Program
The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is seeking a results-oriented, innovative, and experienced thought-leader to serve as the Director of the Democratic Resilience program. The Director position requires an individual that has vast experience in both the operational and substantive areas of leading a program or initiative, particularly in the foreign policy space. The successful candidate will have an established track record of demonstrated thought-leadership, fundraising, and program management, as well as a passion for and expertise in transatlantic relations.
Deputy Director, Transatlantic Defense and Security
The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is seeking a Deputy Director for its Transatlantic Defense and Security (TDS) program. The Deputy Director position requires an individual that has experience in both the operational and substantive areas of leading a program or initiative, particularly in the foreign policy, defense and security, or technology space. The successful candidate will be dynamic and results oriented. They will have an established track record of thought-leadership, fundraising, and project management, as well as a passion for and expertise in transatlantic security issues.
