As a part of a dynamic and growing team, this individual would have a unique and prominent role in crafting development goals, recruiting talent, and coordinating across all of CEPA’s programs to establish and improve development processes. This individual is responsible for overseeing day-to-day development operations related to securing new institutional support from foundations, corporations, individuals, and public sector agencies. The Director for Business Development works closely with the senior leadership in finance and operations and reports directly to the Senior Director for Programs and Strategy.

The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Future Russia Fellowship Program. The program is a year-long fellowship open to Russian citizens who are mid-career academics or immediate post-PhD graduates in a social science or a related field. The main goal of the Future Russia Fellowship program is to bring new perspectives into U.S. academic and policy debates and enable meaningful and systematic exchanges between emerging thinkers and future leaders from Russia and their U.S. counterparts. In addition to building closer links between the U.S. and Russian research communities, this program will help to cultivate and empower the next generation of Russian leaders rooted in transatlantic values and principles.
