Dalia Bankauskaitė is a Non-resident Senior Fellow with CEPA's Democratic Resilience Program.

Bankauskaitė is an interdisciplinary expert in strategic communication, security policy, and political advisory. Dalia currently teaches strategic communications as a Partnership Associate Professor at Vilnius University, also providing expertise to the Swedish Defence University. With decades of experience across government, academia, and consulting, Dalia focuses on advancing the understanding of the total defense doctrine and a whole-of-society approach to security. Her work includes analysis of hybrid aggression and influence operations, as well as building comprehensive media literacy, societal resilience, and capacity-building programs. She has extensive professional experience in strategic communication in Lithuania, Ukraine, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Baltic Sea region. Dalia holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an EMBA from the Baltic Management Institute ((HEC Paris, Copenhagen Business School, Louvain Management School, Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration).
