The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is pleased to announce a new fellowship fund to support Ukrainian journalists and researchers. The Democracy Fellowship provides a critical lifeline for Ukraine’s civil society with year-long fellowships for highly qualified independent journalists and researchers who are no longer able to continue their work due to Putin’s brutal war.

Democracy Fellows will spend one year in residence at CEPA in Washington, DC. They will engage in conducting independent writing and research in their areas of expertise with the goal of providing truthful information to educate the public and policymakers in the United States and Europe. CEPA will provide all logistical support for travel as well as a stipend. For information on how to apply for the fellowship, please email careers@cepa.org.

CEPA’s mission is to ensure a strong and enduring transatlantic alliance rooted in democratic values and principles. The organization has a long track record of recruiting and hosting fellows from the region with an alumni cohort of over 60 over the course of 17 years.
