Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage all external and internal meetings of the President and CEO;
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for the President and CEO;
- Organize and consolidate briefing materials for meetings and public appearances;
- Work proactively to ensure that meetings are well-prepared and on schedule;
- Track internal projects and support the President and CEO in prioritization to ensure timely execution;
- Draft, edit, and proofread all correspondence and preparatory materials;
- Serve as CEO liaison between programs, external partners, and leadership;
- Coordinate with the executive office and business development team on fundraising and board priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Two years or more of relevant experience;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to edit and to write quickly and clearly;
- Positive, flexible, get-it-done attitude;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, often changing environment;
- Ability to work independently and within a team across the organization;
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment;
- Ability to handle sensitive information, meet deadlines, and maintain grace under pressure;
- Willingness and ability to work on late evenings or weekends, as required.
